We try to make the process of choosing and buying a property as easy as possible for clients:

• With investment properties and large developments, we have animated DVD presentations with commentary available for you to see before you visit us.
• Our sole agent in the UK will have visited the developments and be able to give a genuine overview of the various properties available.
• We can make travel arrangements and hotel bookings etc. for inspection visits to Paphos. English-speaking staff are available at all times to help with information about the local area, about the buying process and to accompany you on guided tours of the developments and properties available.
• If desired, we will accompany you to the local bank and to solicitors, to carry out the necessary paperwork involved in purchasing.
• Mortgages can be arranged for Alpha Panareti properties at a highly preferential rate (less than 4% interest), subject to qualification.
• A British Customer Services Manager is available during office hours to answer to help with queries and problems by phone, fax and e-mail.
• Furnishing and electrical goods packages are available for buyers who haven’t the time to visit Cyprus and furnish properties themselves. This is particularly useful for clients who wish to let their properties. We can also provide an interior design service where a client does not wish to choose floor tiles, fixtures and fittings etc.
• Once a property is delivered, full Property Management services are available to the client, British staffed and run with offices in both the UK and Paphos.
