2007 Homes Overseas Awards

Alpha Panareti wins the Gold Award for the Best Apartment, Cyprus, at the Homes Overseas Awards 2007.

Alpha Panareti is delighted to have been given the Gold Award for the Best Apartment in Cyprus, following a rigorous judging procedure in the annual competiton held by Homes Overseas Magazine. The award was given toa two bedroom/two bathroom apartment on the St Nicolas complex in Chlorakas village, near Paphos. This exclusive resort development features a Club House with heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, restaurant and mini-market, as well as four outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and children's playground. There are studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, as well as two and three bedroom maisonettes, all set in well landscaped grounds. Top floor apartments and maisonettes have private roof terraces, many with views to the sea. The site is looked after by a management committee and there are also full rental services available for the benefit of owners. The development was 'Sold Out' after only seven months on the market.
